What kind of group orders do you organize?mostly bts albums and merch from korea, japan and usa such as weverse, bts japan fan club, and more.do you organize gos of other groups?yes, sometimesdo you ship to [insert country]?i can ship to anywhere in the world.how much do i have to pay for shipping or customs?the shipping fees and customs (vat/import duties) are shared by all the group order participants. it's difficult to calculate the shipping or customs per person/item upfrontwhere can i find updates of group orders that i joined?you will receive the most important updates by e-mail. i also post updates on twitter and you can follow updates here.i'm more active on twitter than on facebook or istagram, so please follow my twitter!what happens when i miss a payment?if you don't make the first payment (your order), i will simply not order your item.if you miss any future payments (shipping/customs), you have to pay a late fee of 1 euro a day, per item for a maximum of 7 days. on the 8th day, your order will be canceled, without a refund.can i pick up my order?yes, please e-mail me if you want to pick up your item.can i combine different orders from other group ordered that i joined?yes, but only if the release dates aren't too far apart. please e-mail me if you want to combine orders.Can i request a go/use your korean or japanese address/place a private order?this is not possible at the moment but I'll make it available again when i have more time for personal orders.can i cancel or get a refund?no. if you e-mail me or dm me mentioning canceling an order, you will be ignored.Why are you not replying to my e-mails or private messages?sometimes, i forget to reply. sometimes i don't see your dm or e-mail. if I didn't reply to you within 48 hours, please contact me again.Why does shipping take so long?really sorry if shipping takes longer than you expected. some group orders are shipped quickly, other group orders can take a long time. it really depends on how busy i am with life, work or other group orders. i can only kindly ask for your patience if it takes too long. you're also free to pick up your order.
